🔐 You do not need elevated access to download your own Invoice. To download other Worker invoices, you must have Circus Admin, Admin, or Manager access. Learn more about Managing Permissions. 🖥️ This feature is accessible on desktop devices.
Downloading Invoices
Downloading invoices as PDFs is straightforward. First, follow the steps above to access the invoice you wish to download. Then, scroll to the bottom of your screen and click on the download icon in the action bar. Your browser will automatically save the PDF file to your default download location.
Note: Currently only approved invoices can be downloaded.
Note: The Invoice numbers that appears on the download invoice pdf is unique to the Worker that submitting the invoice. It contains the initials of the Worker and a 4 digit number that represents how many invoices that user has submitted on the Circus platform to all productions.
