Signing & Sending my Start Pack

Learn how to sign and send your Start Pack to the production office

Updated over 7 months ago

Ok we're about to wrap this up. The last thing you need to do is review each contract with your Start Pack, sign, then finally submit everything to the production office for review.

The first page will always be your Top Sheet, which includes all important details about your employment, including:

  • Production Information - Title of the production, job ID, production company name and contact information.

  • Deal Points - Your role, dates and compensation set either by you with an open invite or by the production office with a semi-locked or locked invite.

  • Personal Information - Your contact, union, residency, and payment details, which is set by you on your work profile.

Pro Tip: To edit your information on any contract, simply go back to the relevant page on your work profile, make the edits, and click Save. When you arrive back to your Start Pack, the changes will be made on every document. The same can be done for your deal points if you were sent an open invite.

To sign, scroll down to the bottom of your device, click or tap the Acknowledgement checkbox, then click or tap Sign & Continue. The button will show your progress and how many documents left to sign in your Start Pack.

The last step will be Sign and Submit Start Pack. Click on this button to submit the start pack to the production. You'll also be redirected to the submitted Start Pack now in review.

Note that you will no longer be able to edit the Start Pack.

  • If you need to make changes, ask someone in the production office (PM or Accountant) to dispute the start pack. You'll receive a summary of changes and notes, with the opportunity to re-sign.

  • If you need to make submit a new Start Pack, click on the Open or Semi-Locked invite and choose a new role. If you received a Locked Invite, ask someone in the production office to send a new invite for a new Start Pack.
