Overview
If you've received a Requires Action email on your Start Pack it means your Start Pack has been disputed by an approver in the production office, either an accountant, production manager, line producer, or producer.
There may be two reasons for the dispute:
Work Profile Notes - Something in your work profile, like a document or detail, needs to be corrected. This is most often due to an uploaded document being illegible.
Deal Points Change - The deal points were erroneously entered or not as per agreement when either you set them with an open invite or someone in the production office set them when sending a locked invites.
To view the summary of the notes and changes, click Start Onboarding on the email.
Updating my Work Profile
If any notes have been added to your Start Pack, continue to your work profile by clicking Re-Onboard and make the requested changes.
Pro Tip: The most common notes are to provide additional or new documents either in Offer Kits & Allowances where you might need to upload a license, certificate, or inventory list; or Declare Residency where you may need to replace proof of residency documents.
Re-Signing my Start Pack
If only your deal points have been edited and you don't see any notes, skip over to your new contracts by clicking Re-Onboard, then navigating to Review & Sign Docs. On mobile, you'll need to use to use the hamburger menu icon in the top right.
We've built smart contracts, which means you'll only sign the documents that have altered by the change in deal points so you may only have to sign a fraction of what you originally signed.
Sign every document until you've reached your dashboard and a modal pops up verifying that your Start Pack is in review. You'll also receive an email confirmation.
Pro Tip: Navigate back to the Summary page anytime by clicking Review in the yellow banner at the top of your screen.
