๐Ÿ” To add funds to your wallet, you'll need Circus Admin access. Learn more about Managing Permissions. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ This feature is accessible on all desktop devices.

Overview

Circus provides productions with the capability to deposit funds into a secure wallet, enabling swift processing of basic timesheets and invoices within minutes. This approach offers superior security, reliability, and speed compared to traditional methods like wire transfers or external payment processing. By keeping transactions within the platform, whether it's processing payments via check or bank transfers, Circus ensures a seamless and efficient workflow for all involved parties.

Funds can only be added to the wallet if Circus Payments is activated in your production settings and the production company bank account has been connected.

Adding Funds

To initiate the process of adding funds to your wallet, begin by selecting the desired production from your main dashboard. Within the production dashboard, navigate to either Timesheets, Invoices, or Payroll from the left-hand menu, and the Wallet will appear on the overview pages.

Once on the overview page, locate the '+ Add Funds' button within the Wallet component and click on it.

A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter the desired amount to add. After inputting the amount, click on 'Start Transfer'. Funds will be withdrawn from the connected bank account specified in the production settings, typically within 5 business days. Upon completion, you will observe the pending amount reflected in your wallet balance.

At this time, you can add up to a maximum of $25,000 per funding transaction.

Refunding Funds

If funds are no longer required in your Circus wallet you can deposit it back into your bank account. Please reach out to support to initiate the instant transaction, however, in some cases may take up to 2 hours.
