Overview

Use this guide to delete erroneously submitted or unnecessary Timesheets. Furthermore, you can use this guide to restore a previously deleted Timesheet, either for resubmission to the production or to place it back into Review for the production office.

Deleting Timesheets

Timesheets can only be deleted by Workers if they are in draft mode. Timesheets that are in review can also be deleted by Approvers or Accountants, however, they cannot be deleted by anyone if the Timesheet has been approved or paid out.

To delete an Timesheet, click on the specific Timesheet from the left navigation panel or select it from the Timesheets Overview page. Then click on the 'Delete' icon in the action bar and follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.

Restoring Timesheets

To restore a deleted Timesheet, click on the deleted Timesheet from the left navigation panel or select it from the Timesheets Overview page. Then, click on the 'Restore' button on the right side of the action bar at the bottom of your page.

If there's another Timesheet created for the same week as the one you are trying to restore, you can replace it by clicking 'Replace' button.

If you're an accountant or approver, after clicking 'Restore', the status will transition to In Review state and will start at the beginning of the chain of approval. If you're a Worker, the status will transition to 'Draft' state.
