Downloading Multiple Start Packs

Users with elevated access have the ability download all or a specific set of Start Packs or documents within Start Packs using filters such as Worker Type (crew, cast, background), Status, Certain Tags, and Document Types. Watch the how-to video or follow the steps below. Additionally, these tags operate independently of approval status. A Start Pack marked as 'Processed' does not necessarily mean it has been fully approved, and vice versa. The 'Processed/Unprocessed' tag is a manual status assigned to Start Packs. By default, every Start Pack starts as 'Unprocessed,' and users can change this to 'Processed'. These tags help in organizing and identifying the progress of Start Packs but do not auto-update based on approval status.

  1. From your Main Dashboard, click on the Production you'd like to extract Start Packs from.

  2. On the Production Dashboard, in left navigation, click on the Package Docs icon

  3. Choose how you'd like to bundle the Start Packs.

  4. Merged - Merge all documents into a single PDF, per role. (ie. Typically 100 crew = 100 start packs)

  5. Zipped - Organize all documents into subfolders (ie. Legal or Payroll) and then into master folders, by last name.

  6. Continue to Filters where you can select Start Packs by:

  7. Worker Type - crew, cast, background

  8. Status

  9. Pending - Start Packs that are In Review

  10. Approved - Start Packs that have been approved by everyone in the Chain of Approval

  11. Archived - Older versions of Worker Start Packs that were replaced by newer versions

  12. Terminated - Start Packs that have been deleted

  13. Tags - Whether a Start Pack is tagged as either Processed or Unprocessed The 'Processed' tag indicates that further actions or reviews on a Start Pack are complete, while 'Unprocessed' signifies pending activities. These tags can be manually updated from the Start Pack overview page or the Start Pack details view.

  14. Approved Date Range

  15. On the next page, you can choose specifically which Payroll, Union, Residency, Kit & Allowance, Licenses & Certificates, and Miscellaneous documents you'd like to download.

  16. Click Export Now. You'll receive an email with a link to download the requested documents.
