Updated over 2 weeks ago

Logging In

  1. Go to the Circus homepage and click Login in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Continue with Google

    • Log in with your email and password

  3. If MFA is enabled on your account, you’ll be prompted to complete authentication before accessing your dashboard. Learn more.

Password not working

As part of a recent system upgrade to improve the security and reliability of Circus, we’ve recently reset all user passwords, which might be why your password doesn't work. To continue using your account, you’ll need to set a new password. Please click Log in at the top right of the homepage, then click "Forgot password?" to reset it.

Once you change your password and log back in, you can access your dashboard and any pending tasks.

Troubleshooting other log in issues

If for any reason the functionality of the log in screen is not working, try one of these solutions:

Clear your browser cache and cookies.

Cached data or old cookies can interfere with login functionality. If you believe this may be causing your login issue, try the following:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies.

  • Restart the browser.

  • Try logging in again

Clearing your browser cache and cookies varies by browser. See the official instructions for your specific browser below.

Google Chrome

Apple Safari

Mozilla Firefox

Microsoft Edge

Samsung Internet

Upgrade your browser

Your browser might be outdated and not fully compatible with our platform. The quickest and easiest solution is to upgrade your browser.

  • If you're using Safari on a Mac or iOS device, click here to update.

  • If you're using Chrome on a PC or Android device, click here to update.

Please note that Microsoft Edge updates have been discontinued, and it is no longer compatible with Circus. We strongly recommend switching to a different browser.

Try a different browser

The login issue may be browser-specific. In this case, you can try the following:

  • Use a different browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)

Disable browser extensions

Some extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with scripts. You can check to see if this is the issue by:

  • Temporarily disabling extensions

  • Reloading the page and attempt login again

Check your system time and date

Accurate system time is essential for:

  • Secure connections (SSL/TLS)

  • Logging and event tracking

  • Scheduled tasks and updates

  • Time-sensitive authentication (e.g., OAuth, MFA)

To prevent system time and date issues:

  • Confirm system time is accurate

  • Set time/date to auto-sync with Network Time Protocol (NTP) if possible. Most modern operating systems use NTP to synchronize your device's clock with official time servers, ensuring accuracy without user intervention

Review network and firewall settings

Firewalls or proxies might block login requests. To address this:

  • If you’re using a VPN or proxy try temporarily disabling it

  • If you’re on an internet connection that’s managed by an organization like a company or school, you may be blocked from accessing certain websites. Check firewall settings or try on a different network (for example, your mobile hotspot).
