The production office may need to display key creatives or cast headshots for easy reference. Additionally, lanyards might be required for staff to access restricted areas on set, in the studio, or throughout the production site.

During onboarding, all workers can upload a headshot in the Contact section of their work profile. They can simply click the photo button, select a headshot (JPG or PNG file format) from your device, and upload it to save to their work profile for current and future productions.

To download a headshot, go to to the Start Packs overview page, and next to the worker, click the more icon, then select Download Headshot.

The file will be saved to your preferred downloads folder on your device.
