How to create and submit a timesheet on desktop

Step-By-Step Guide:

1. Click on the production you need to submit a timesheet for

2. Click on the Time Tracking button on the left side

3. Click on the + Create button in the top right corner

4. Click on Select Role if you have multiple roles on the production

5. Select the week ending date for the pay period you are submitting a timesheet for

6. Click Save

7. You can review your previously submitted timesheets on the left side panel. To add a day to your current submission, use the dropdown menu to select your period

8. For each day, use the Notes section to add notes specific to that day of work. If you have Kits or Allowances as part of your deal points, you can toggle them on for the days that they apply

9. Enter your travel, meal and call times (only call and wrap times are mandatory) (Please note: depending on your screen size you may need to scroll left of right to see the time fields to fill in)

The times are in a 24-hour clock format, so you will enter times like this:

3 PM = 15:00

3 AM = 03:00

However, if your shift extends past midnight, you will enter the time like this:

Call Time: 6 PM = 18:00

Wrap Time: 3 AM = 25:00

10. Complete steps 7 thru 9 for each day required for the timesheet

Note: To disable subtracting meal times from being deducted from total working hours, click on the Gear icon, then turn the toggle the subtract meal times toggle OFF. Meal times will no longer to be deducted from total working hours.

11. Scroll down to add any General Notes

12. Click Submit

13. On the pop-up, click Yes, submit Weekly Timesheet to submit the timesheet

14. You'll know it worked when you see a yellow In Review bar at the bottom of the timesheet
