It's mandatory for all crew in Ontario to have a Step 4 Health & Safety Certificate, a Step 5 one if you are in a management position. If you don't have one, you can apply for one here, which is relatively quick. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Access the e-learning Module" to start.

Once done the test, please be sure to Save a copy of the certificate to your computer or device (a copy will NOT be emailed to you) Then you can upload it to your work profile, but it looks like the doc below:
