Accessing DTR's:

First log in to Circus on mobile by clicking here. Then head to your Production Dashboard by clicking on the production from the main dashboard, and click the Daily Time Reports button.

Once open, you will be able to use a drop-down menu to Sort by Day or Department. There is also a search bar that you can use. Click the department where you have pending reviews.

You will also be able to view DTR's which have been submitted, approved, or in review.

At the top of the screen, you'll be able to view the General Call information set up for the department on that DTR.

If you tap the Walkie icon in the top right, you'll see dates and the timeline for all notes and changes made to the DTR. You can also add new notes here to the DTR.

If you see an error on an Worker's times for that day, you can edit by tapping their name seen below.

You can also use the Search feature above the Crew List to find a specific Worker.

This will take you to an area to edit and adjust their individual call, wrap, and kits.

Once everything looks good and is ready, tap the Approve button to send it down the Chain of Approval.

NOTE: Once you hit the "Approve" button, the DTR will become uneditable.
