Need all of your cast and crew's documentation in one spot? Don't worry, we've got you covered!  You can download all the docs on your production by using the following guide.

Please note: due to the sensitive nature of some of the documents involved, this feature is only available to Content Creators and users who have been given Office-level permissions by the Content Creator.

First, find the Production on your dashboard, and click on the icon.

Next, click the Talent List icon, found on the left-hand menu.

From there, look to the upper right-hand side of the production, and you should see an icon of a little box with a downward facing arrow.  Click this icon.

That will initiate a dialog box, explaining the procedure.

There are a couple reasons that Circus sends an e-mail rather than providing a direct download link.  The first is that it can take time for our system to gather all the documents and place them into a .ZIP file.  This is especially true if you have a large Production with many Cast and Crew (ie. 100+) If you don't receive an email with the link right away, check back in 5 minutes to see if it's finished the process.

The second reason for the link being emailed rather than a direct download is an additional layer of security.  Since this .ZIP file can include things like payroll documents and photos of ID, it's important that only the right people have access to it. Sending an email should help prevent 'drive-by downloading,' where someone could walk by a computer (or phone) that's logged in to a privileged Circus account and immediately download everyone's private data.  By requiring access to their email account, it provides an extra layer of authentication.

Shortly after clicking on the Send Email button, you should receive an email to your inbox that looks like this:

Click the Download button and you should have access to your documents in your downloads folder!

Please note:
the size of this .ZIP file can grow as large as several hundred megabytes, depending on how many Cast and Crew you have on your production, as well as what kind of documents you have required from them.  It's also worth noting that these links are time-sensitive and will be deleted after an hour, both as a space-saving measure and for security reasons.
