Changing my Email Address

If you'd like to change your email address associated with your Circus account first ensure the email address you would like to change to is not in use (Please note: active accounts cannot be merged at this time) Ensure that any ongoing start packs are resolved before attempting to update your email address. Additionally, locked account status due to unresolved issues may also prevent changes.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Updating Your Email

  1. Complete Active Start Packs: Before attempting to change your email, complete or resolve any active start packs linked to your account to prevent disruptions.

  2. Access Email Update in Settings: Once ready, visit your profile dashboard's settings and choose the email update option.

  3. Verify Your New Email: Submit your new email and follow the verification process sent to the updated address to confirm the change.

We will verify your identity with security questions and update your address for you Alternatively, if you experience any difficulty using the self-service option, you may still contact us directly for assistance.
