Resetting my Password

Learn how to change your password

If you forget the password for your Circus account, you’ll need to reset it.

To reset your password from the homepage:

  1. Click Log In on the top right or click here.
    ​

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. On the Forgot Your Password page, enter the email address that you believe is connected to your Circus account and then click the Continue button

If there’s a Circus account that’s connected to the email address you enter, instructions to reset your password will be sent to it. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam folder.

Using a Secure Password Manager

If you're having trouble remembering your password, we highly recommend using a password manager to autofill your logins. Firefox, Chrome, Safari (using iCloud) and most other browsers have password managing tools. You can also download secure software manager apps like Dashlane or LastPass.
