Tracking Client Payments

Learn how to track payments for talent you represent

🔐 To Track Payments, you'll need Circus Admin Access in the Talent Agency Workspace. This feature is only accessible on đŸ–„ïž Desktop Devices.


Overview

If you’re a talent agent, waiting on payments from productions can be frustrating. With Circus, your agency’s bank account is directly linked to your workspace, making it easy to track all incoming payments—whether from payroll runs or invoice payouts—so you can stay organized, keep your client informed, and pay out promptly.

Accessing Payments

You’ll receive an email notification each time a payment is made to your agency on behalf of a client who’s linked your agency to their work profile. Alternatively you can track all payments from one dashboard.


To view all payments and download related documents like pay stubs or receipts, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Circus account.

  2. From your main dashboard, click on your agency workspace avatar.

  3. In the left-hand navigation, click the Payments icon.

All payments will be organized chronologically with the following data at your disposal:

  • Status

  • Production Name

  • Worker Name

  • Total Wages Paid
